5th Annual Charity Golf Tournament

First Choice Bank would like to invite you to our 5th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on October 22, 2015. The tournament will be held at the Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms Resort, named 2010 National Golf Course of the Year by the National Golf Course Owners Association.

With the 2014 Golf Tournament being such a success, we will continue our newest format of selecting 18 charitable organizations as recipients for the event. The organizations will be assigned to their designated holes, and for every “Birdie” made, the Bank will celebrate by donating $100 to the holedesignated organization. Each organization will receive a minimum of $1,000. The designated organization for the hole with the most birdies will receive $5,000. If you would like to nominate your favorite organizations, please contact us at CharityGolf@FirstChoiceBankCA.com by August 31.

Much is Given Foundation has also generously offered to match the donations made to each charitable organization, dollar-for-dollar. With their help, we hope to reach out to even more people in need.

We will also honor a “Citizen of the Year” who is an inspiring individual who has been living beyond himself, a model citizen who reaches out to the needy and shares his blessings, making a difference in lives beyond himself. We will present the award at our dinner reception.

We are seeking your support to play and help with sponsorship opportunities. Your sponsorship participation will showcase your company and logo throughout the tournament event and to our diverse guest list of bankers, entrepreneurs, and business professionals from various industries. We hope you can join us for a full-filled day of golf, lunch, dinner and the opportunity to raise money for our charitable partners.
